Important Things You Should Know:
If you do not get into the survey program but immediately just get the "exited window", this means that either:
the maximum number of simultaneous surveys are running so yours cannot be started at this time. Please try again soon.
you were already running the survey in a separate browser window. Only 1 copy of the survey program per person can be run.
Please do not leave the survey program running any longer than you need to. Preview your surveys to take and then take & submit any surveys you choose as fast as possible. Exit the program entirely, so that you come to the "Thanks for Visiting" screen.
You have 45 minutes to answer and submit a survey after it is displayed. If you wait any longer the survey program will "timeout" and automatically abort, causing any responses entered into the form to be discarded. After a timeout occurs, you will see either an "Application Timeout" screen or a "Page Not Found" error.
