JUNE 2008 I/UCRC MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT I regret to inform you that Iowa City is currently experiencing a 500 year flood that is expected to crest late on Monday. Already many areas in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids are experiencing manditory evacuations. Since Monday is the travel day for the Center meeting, and many roads are expected to be impassible, the prudent thing to do is to cancel the Center meeting. I apologize for the inconvenience and the impact on your travel plans. I will be a touch in the coming days regarding a rescheduling the meeting for a later time.
